on Wednesday, 8th June ; Dk. CAYLEY presiding. Dr. McLeod exhibited a patient from whose mouth he had that morning removed, by means of the ecraseur, a large MUCOUS polypus sprining by a narrow pedicle from the hard palate. The growth completely filled the mouth, depressing the tongue, keeping permanently open the mouth, arching the soft palate, and seriously impeding alimentation and respiration.
